Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and appropriate treatment strategies.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate tailored clinical treatment plans for clients dealing with various mental health challenges, ensuring alignment with their individual goals and preferences.

• Facilitate psychotherapy sessions through telehealth platforms, allowing for convenience and accessibility while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting treatment progress in accordance with state regulations and NCQA standards.

• Actively participate in team meetings to discuss case management strategies and share insights that may enhance treatment outcomes.

• Research and provide clients with information about additional support resources and community services that may enhance their mental health journey.

• Contribute to the on-call rotation as necessary, ensuring continuous client support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on senior clients, a demographic that often faces unique challenges such as isolation, grief, and managing chronic conditions. You will provide compassionate support, helping them to develop coping strategies and improve their overall mental health and quality of life. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LCPC in the state of California. Please note that we are unable to consider applicants with associate licenses, as they are not eligible for Medicare billing.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing a balanced caseload.
\n
• Proficient in using technology for telehealth services, patient record management, and documentation (proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite).

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with geriatric populations or familiarity with their mental health-related issues is preferred but not mandatory.

• A background in community mental health settings can be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
