Work Environment\n

You will work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., aligning your schedule with our commitment to accessible mental health support. We value autonomy, allowing each therapist to craft their own work approach while building meaningful connections with clients through telehealth platforms.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' mental health diagnoses, and develop tailored treatment plans that detail specific therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, ensuring that each individual receives the quality care they deserve.

• Document ongoing progress effectively, creating and updating case notes, treatment plan reviews, and further assessments in compliance with clinic policies.
\n
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to uphold our clinic’s mission.

• Incorporate innovative therapeutic interventions and creative strategies tailored to individual client preferences, enhancing their journey towards achieving set goals.

• Coordinate care with case managers, medical staff, family members, and educational personnel as appropriate, ensuring holistic support for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encapsulate a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. You will engage with individuals experiencing various challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral concerns, emphasizing our commitment to culturally competent care and inclusivity.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field is required.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

• Strong foundational knowledge of family therapy services and community resources.

• Experience in mental health documentation, including completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

• Proficiency in working with diverse populations and demonstrating effective communication in both written and verbal forms.
