Key Account Manager What You’ll Do Grow the business: Identify and win new opportunities while expanding existing accounts Lead technical programs: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize treatment systems for performance and efficiency Build strong relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to operations, engineering, and procurement teams Own account success: Manage revenue, pricing, contracts, and customer satisfaction Deliver results: Present insights, drive improvements, and support customers in achieving operational goals Champion safety & compliance across all customer sites What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of chemical experience within an industrial setting Strong hands‑on troubleshooting and mechanical skills Proven ability to build customer relationships and grow accounts Excellent communication and technical reporting skills Valid driver’s license What We’ll Offer Continuous professional development with many opportunities for growth 3 weeks of vacation, additional floating holidays & sick time Competitive base salary, incentive plan and annual merit increases 401(k) with company match Company vehicle, laptop, phone The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,410.00 and $107,657.00, plus discretionary bonuses.
