Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments of couples and families, creating tailored treatment plans to address their unique needs.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, and providing individual counseling when necessary to ensure holistic support.

• Addressing a variety of issues including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies to promote positive outcomes in mental health.

• Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with organization policies.
\n
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development workshops to enhance your therapeutic skills and remain current in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clinician will work primarily with adults, children, and adolescent populations, addressing complex family dynamics, including blended families, separation, divorce, and individual struggles such as job stress and medical issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in teletherapy, diverse client populations, and specialized skills in areas such as trauma-informed care or adolescent therapy will be given preference. Flexibility in scheduling and the availability to commit to 30+ hours per week is also advantageous.
