Accounts Payable Associate

Job Description Job Description We have a client looking for an Account Payable person for a Contract or possible Contract-to-Hire position for a company located in the Broomfield/Interlocken area off the US 36 corridor. This in-person job pays from $25/hr.+. If the position converts to a permanent role, then the annual salary will start from $58K+. The A/P person will handle about 150 invoices/wk. Duties include vendor setup, making and recording payments, keeping detailed notes of transactions and accurately entering them into the SAP software. This person needs 10-key proficiency, ability to consistently meet or exceed deadlines, positive customer service and timely feedback to the vendors. Familiarity with SAP is a plus. A conversion from contract to a permanent position may occur anywhere from 30 to 60 days. A background check is required.
