Business Analyst AML

Job Type: Contract

Location: Calgary, AB, Canada Hybrid Role Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst AML to support AML monitoring, investigation, dispute resolution, and funds recovery initiatives. The role will focus on gathering and documenting business, compliance, and regulatory requirements while helping define effective AML processes, workflows, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Define and document AML monitoring and investigation processes .
Establish end-to-end dispute resolution and funds recovery workflows .
Gather, analyze, and document business, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Develop, maintain, and update AML policies, procedures, and SOPs .
Support the implementation of AML monitoring capabilities for debit card activity .
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process improvement sessions.
Document business processes, workflows, and requirements to support AML initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong knowledge of AML operations and regulatory compliance .
Experience in business analysis and requirements management .
Strong process mapping and workflow documentation skills.
Experience developing and maintaining SOPs and policies .
Experience with transaction monitoring and AML investigations .
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
