Production Line Coordinator / Line Lead Coordinator

We are hiring Production Line Coordinators / Line Lead Coordinators to support daily operations on the production floor. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience who are ready to take the next step into a leadership and coordination role.

Key Responsibilities

• Take attendance at the beginning of the shift and confirm employee presence on the production line.
• Help identify employee assignments and support proper placement by department or area.
• Learn key production areas such as assembly, material handling, packaging, quality, and related production functions.
• Step in to support or cover production areas when the line is short-staffed.
• Assist with moving or reassigning employees between similar departments based on operational needs.
• Serve as a communication link between floor employees and Primary Staffing.
• Help report supply needs, material shortages, missing parts, or other production-related concerns.
• Reinforce safety policies, PPE requirements, workplace behavior, and production standards.
• Walk the production line once trained to help monitor that activities are being completed correctly.
• Support quality awareness by helping identify production or inspection concerns.

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual communication skills required.
• Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing, production, or warehouse environments.
• Leadership ability and confidence to guide employees on the floor.
• Ability to learn multiple production positions and processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with different teams.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to support the full assigned shift.
• Ability to follow safety rules, PPE requirements, and workplace procedures.
• Must be comfortable working directly on the production floor.
