VP, Real Estate Growth & Partnerships
Avenue 5
Avenue5 is seeking a Vice President of Business Development to drive growth in the Mid-Atlantic region. You will lead the sourcing, underwriting, and negotiation of management agreements, building authentic partnerships with institutional and private investors while expanding Avenue5’s market presence.
You will manage end-to-end deal processes, coordinate with regional leaders, and ensure alignment with financial goals.
