Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage and maintain an active caseload of clients, establishing meaningful therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to inform individualized treatment plans that align with client needs and goals.

• Facilitate ongoing, person-centered therapy sessions, regularly reviewing client progress and stability, and adjusting treatment strategies when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates.

• Participate in scheduled individual supervision sessions for continuous professional development and case consultation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our organization serves a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and families dealing with various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Active, unrestricted LPC licensure valid in New Jersey.

• A minimum of one year of experience delivering clinical services in an outpatient setting after graduation.

• Proficient in utilizing technology and various software applications (e.g., Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, PIMSY) for documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual compensation for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000, depending on experience and qualifications. White Plains Healthcare Center offers a Fee-for-Service payment model with no waiting for reimbursement, which allows clinicians to earn guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections.
