Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students and early-career therapists, guiding them through their clinical licensure processes and educational pursuits.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to a diverse population, including individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns.

• Collaborate actively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and community resources to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment outcomes for clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client, utilizing a variety of therapeutic methodologies.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring that information is both accurate and up-to-date.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, embracing a holistic approach to mental health. Our clients may include individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field.

• A valid state license for clinical practice (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000, including a signing bonus of $3,000.
