Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients by providing a safe, judgment-free space for exploration of their thoughts and feelings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with school-aged children, adolescents, and their families who present with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges. This population requires sensitive and nuanced approaches that acknowledge their unique circumstances, cultural backgrounds, and developmental stages. Your role will be essential in fostering resilience and self-efficacy in young clients while collaborating with parents and school personnel to ensure comprehensive support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is a fundamental requirement.

• Active and unrestricted LPCC license in California.

• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a clinical setting is required, with five (5) years preferred for a deeper understanding of complex cases.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, to establish rapport with various stakeholders, including clients, families, and education professionals.

• Proficient in computer skills, particularly in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), to maintain client records and documentation efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
