Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage your caseload effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and personalized care for each client.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and evidence-based practices.

• Utilize engagement tools within our platform—such as video sessions, journaling activities, and goal tracking—to enhance patient involvement and treatment efficacy.

• Document clinical notes and maintain accurate records in compliance with ethical standards and confidentiality regulations.

• Actively participate in case reviews and team meetings to enhance collaborative care practices.

• Provide ongoing support and resources for clients experiencing challenges related to conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and grief.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

• An active LPCC license in good standing with the state of California is essential.
