Head of Sales

THE ROLE
  • Own and scale the entire sales function across outbound, pipeline generation, and revenue execution
  • Lead from the front in a hands‑on player/manager capacity
  • Build repeatable sales processes, forecasting, and operational rigour
  • Work closely with founders on GTM strategy, positioning, and commercial direction
  • Hire, mentor, and develop a high‑performing sales team
  • Help shape the long‑term revenue engine of the business
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive revenue growth across SMB, mid‑market, and enterprise accounts
  • Build scalable outbound and pipeline generation strategies
  • Improve conversion rates across the full sales funnel
  • Create structure around forecasting, reporting, and sales performance
  • Coach Account Executives through complex consultative sales cycles
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to refine messaging and customer targeting
  • Develop a high‑performance culture centred around accountability and execution
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience leading sales within SaaS, fintech, data, or infrastructure‑led technology businesses
  • Strong track record of building and scaling revenue teams
  • Experience selling complex or technical solutions into regulated or analytical environments
  • Deep understanding of outbound, pipeline management, and consultative sales
  • Strong commercial acumen with a hands‑on leadership style
