This is a fully remote position within a community health clinic setting. While you will be working from home, you will have access to support and collaboration with a committed team of therapists and case managers. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to the needs of clients.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatric staff to develop personalized treatment plans that are based on thorough evaluations of clients' needs.

• Participate in group therapy programs that facilitate peer support and shared experiences among clients.
\n
• Provide case management services by coordinating care and referring clients to appropriate community resources and support services.
\n
• Educate clients, families, and community groups about social and emotional dynamics associated with mental health and wellness.

• Continuously evaluate therapeutic techniques and adapt treatment methodologies to improve client outcomes.

• Document all client interactions and sessions within the required timeframes to ensure compliance with clinic standards and regulations.

• Conduct training sessions for team members and community partners aimed at improving understanding of mental health issues and available resources.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals of all ages who are navigating challenges related to mental health and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Active and independent licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Exceptional organizational capabilities and attention to detail in documenting services and managing time effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
