Dare for Better. The Large Format Sales District Leader (SDL) is responsible for leading execution and managing the customer relationships in large format accounts. You will lead a team of frontline employees to merchandise orders for key customers in a fast-paced direct store delivery environment. Position is directly responsible for full-time Merchandisers, whose primary set of responsibilities is to service large volume stores, such as supermarkets, Mass Merchants, etc. This role also indirectly leads Large Format Presell Representatives and Territory Sales Representatives through a dotted line reporting relationship, providing guidance, leveraging influential leadership to ensure cohesive performance across the broader large format team. Responsibilities This job works under moderate supervision to execute relatively complex tasks for the Field Sales Management area, applying broad knowledge to perform more complex analysis within area of expertise. Plays a key role in the execution and optimization of established processes to effectively manage various tasks in field sales management, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Assists in developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to uncover new sales opportunities. Aids in the creation and refinement of compelling sales bids, proposals, and presentations. Facilitates and leads engaging product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and drive sales. Supports the achievement of challenging sales targets through proactive team coordination and motivation. Helps streamline area processes, employing and communicating best practices and methods that align with the overall functional and business strategy to ensure achievement of organizational standards of excellence. This job description describes the general responsibilities of the role; Individual responsibilities are subject to change based on business need and manager discretion. Compensation and Benefits The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,900 - $111,950. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out quarterly. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications A minimum of 2 years managing frontline employees or demonstrated leadership capabilities Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience Team Spirit!
