Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver clinical services to clients through virtual platforms, ensuring accessibility and comfort.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A current, valid license in Arizona as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• Ability to practice independently without supervision and zero disciplinary actions against your license.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to respond sensitively to clients’ needs and challenges.

• Proficiency in computer systems, with access to reliable internet connection for conducting sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience in delivering direct clinical services to adult populations in various settings.

• Familiarity with treatment modalities that are effective in symptom management and recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a sign-on bonus, our package includes:
