Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients, taking into account their physical, psychological, and social health needs to provide holistic care.
• Administer therapeutic procedures such as immunizations, injections, and wound care, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout each procedure.
• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive patient management plans tailored to the unique needs of each child, maintaining meticulous medical records for continuity of care.
• Educate patients and their families about growth and development, disease prevention, and management of existing health conditions, fostering an environment where questions and concerns are welcomed.
• Participate in patient follow-up assessments and quality assurance reviews to improve overall care quality and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
