About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for AI and Data Strategy to lead the definition and execution of enterprise-scale strategies in the AI and data domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the AI and data strategy roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities, and delivering measurable business outcomes. This role requires a deep understanding of AI, data, analytics, and governance, with the ability to connect technical capabilities to business value. The Vice President will also be a strategic advisor on AI and data capabilities, leading the adoption of best practices, and fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence. Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence senior leaders globally are essential. Candidates for this role at the company should have a proven track record in defining and executing AI and data strategies within complex, matrixed organizations. Experience in the payments and/or fintech industry, particularly with the underlying technology stacks, is a key requirement. The role demands exceptional business and financial acumen, the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, and a comfort level with operating in fast-paced, high-visibility environments. The Vice President will also be expected to shape practical strategies for the governance and application of data and AI to support business objectives, and to have experience with enterprise HR systems to align AI and data strategies with talent and organizational decision-making.
