Mid-Level Associate - Fund Finance

Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its Fund Finance practice in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in secured and unsecured lending transactions, including fund financings and leveraged finance deals. Duties Support fund finance and leveraged finance practices. Handle secured and unsecured lending transactions. Engage in complex domestic and cross-border financings. Requirements 3 to 5 years of relevant legal experience. Experience with fund and leveraged finance transactions. Strong academic credentials from law school. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Proficiency in handling complex financial transactions. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
