Outpatient Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) in Florida to join our growing team. As a OT at Sequoia Care, you'll assess and implement treatment plans that help individuals regain daily living skills, restore function, and thrive in their environments. Key responsibilities include conducting evaluations and developing customized occupational therapy treatment plans, delivering direct therapy to residents in senior living settings, focusing on improving residents' performance in activities of daily living (ADLs), fine motor skills, and cognitive function, educating residents, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and strategies, documenting progress and modifying treatment plans based on resident response, and collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure integrated care.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program, a current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Florida, senior living or similar experience preferred, ability to be accredited by all insurance payers, CPR certification (per facility/state requirements), strong interpersonal, clinical, and documentation skills, and a passion for resident care, progress, and functional independence.
