Executive Chef

Location: New York, New York (US-NY) Employment Type: Full‑Time The Role at a glance We are looking to add an experienced, motivated executive chef for our Constellation Culinary Group team in Constellation Culinary Group. As an executive chef, you will have the opportunity to manage a BOH operation in a prestigious professional dining account. This is a Monday–Friday operation with conference dining, full‑service pantry operations and full‑scale events. This account requires someone with previous experience in a similar setting. Responsibilities Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation. Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met. Participating in the planning and execution of special events. Qualifications Must‑haves: At least six years of progressive culinary experience. Proficiency in Microsoft software programs. Experience with budget statements. Nice‑to‑haves: Associate’s degree in culinary arts.
