Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs to identify their mental health challenges and recommend suitable community-based resources for holistic care.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs, goals, and preferences, while utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate engaging telehealth counseling sessions using video conferencing technology, providing a safe and supportive space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation of patient histories, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure compliance with state regulations and internal policies.

• Collaborate and consult with fellow mental health professionals to design interventions that address psychosocial stressors affecting clients and their families.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
