Pay & Benefits

What You ll Do

• Provide comprehensive ENT outpatient care to a diverse patient base
• Manage an average of 20-30 patients daily in clinic
• Perform surgeries using advanced technology, including da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots
• Collaborate with audiology, allergy, neurosurgery, and other subspecialty teams
• Participate in inpatient management with advanced practice providers and hospitalists
• Take backup call with coverage from APPs
• Contribute to a team-focused, flexible work environment emphasizing work-life balance
• Offer input on clinical practices, scheduling, and patient care strategies
• Engage in educational opportunities such as teaching medical students and trainees (optional)

What You Need

• Board-certified in Otolaryngology
• Ohio medical license or eligible
• Strong collaborative and patient-centered skills
• Key skills: surgical expertise, teamwork, adaptability
• Preferred: experience with advanced surgical technology and team-based care
