As a young, family-owned company , Driven Group has rapidly expanded to nearly 10,000 loads per year — all achieved organically, without an outside sales or marketing team. The Brokerage Sales position marks a pivotal next step in Driven’s growth, representing the company’s first dedicated sales hire and a critical part of its long-term expansion strategy. Role Description The Brokerage Sales (Freight Broker) role is a remote role responsible for sourcing, managing, and growing customer relationships while securing freight opportunities for Driven Group. You’ll act as the primary liaison between shippers and Driven’s operations team, ensuring exceptional service and maximizing revenue opportunities. Driven’s in-house Carrier Sales and Track-and-Trace teams handle booking, tracking, and ensuring successful delivery of each load — allowing you to focus on building customer relationships and driving new business growth. Key Responsibilities Source and secure new customer relationships for Driven Group Inc. Develop and manage ongoing customer communications to earn and maintain their freight business. Build and oversee a book of business, responsible for total load volume, revenue, and margin performance. Collaborate with Carrier Sales and Operations to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery. Track and analyze performance metrics to improve account profitability and retention. Maintain accurate records and customer data within TMS and CRM systems. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of loads and total revenue per month Customer acquisition and retention rates Gross margin Qualifications Experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field. 1–3 years in logistics coordination, freight, or similar operational roles preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Google Workspace and TMS software. Clear written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
