Physical Therapist

Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to provide patient care in a clinical setting in Tukwila, WA. The PT will be responsible for delivering therapeutic treatments, performing patient assessments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to improve patient mobility and function. This role requires active licensure, adherence to clinical protocols, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A commitment of 13 to 26 weeks is expected with a focus on quality care and compliance with contract requirements. Responsibilities:

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Adhere to contract and credentialing requirements as specified by ATI.
• Comply with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Participate in orientation and training as provided on the first day.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license valid in Washington State or eligible under the Compact License agreement.
• Experience in clinical physical therapy practice, less than 1 year acceptable.
• Ability to complete required documentation and credentialing processes with ATI.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability for day shifts with a 32-hour workweek during holiday weeks.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Previous contract or travel therapy experience, with eligibility for rehire if separated for over one year.
• Experience with contract QA requirements and compliance standards.

Special Considerations:

• Completion bonus available for contracts signed through the end of September.
• Equipment and dress code details will be provided during the first day of orientation.
• Parking provided on the first day of assignment.
• Not eligible to return if worked perm/PRN within the last year at ATI.
• Overtime paid at 1.5x rate; on-call not applicable.

Scheduling:

• Day shifts with a guaranteed 32 hours per week during holiday weeks.
• 13 to 26-week commitment required.
• Weekly billing cycle with 30-day notice for scheduling changes.
