Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, ensuring the development of personalized and effective treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to meet the specific needs of your clients, monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements.

• Participate in regular team meetings, contributing insights and collaborating with colleagues to enhance care coordination and treatment effectiveness.

Your client base will include individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relational issues, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical therapy services, showcasing a strong foundational knowledge of therapeutic principles.

Compensation and Benefits\n
