Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to thoroughly evaluate patients' trauma histories and outline appropriate therapeutic strategies.

• Designing and implementing personalized treatment plans that are centered on trauma recovery and resilience-building.
\n
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, aiding clients in processing trauma, establishing coping mechanisms, and fostering pathways to healing.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure that our clients receive integrated and holistic care.

• Providing immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Qualifications\n
