The Executive Sous Chef plays a crucial role in supporting the culinary leadership within a fine dining establishment. This position involves overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, and contributing to innovative menu development that reflects the restaurant's commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine menus to enhance guest experience
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily operations
- Ensure consistent quality control of all dishes served
- Maintain strict compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in culinary management
- Demonstrated experience with Southeast Asian cuisine, preferably Vietnamese cuisine.
- Food Safety Manager Certification
