Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and execute tailored treatment plans for clients across a spectrum of therapeutic modalities including individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Regularly monitor and assess client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs and ensure effective outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention as needed, utilizing your skills to de-escalate situations and provide appropriate support to clients in distress.

• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with families, community resources, and additional healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Document all client interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.

• Engage actively in quality assurance practices, participate in clinical meetings, and contribute to ongoing in-service training sessions to enhance personal and professional development.

• Serve as a consultant to educators and other healthcare professionals, offering insights to optimize the support structures for students.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with school-aged children, adolescents, and their families, addressing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
