Floor Nurse (RN/LPN) - Evening ShiftThis is a 13-week contract position.8-Hour Evening Shift: 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM, Every Other Weekend (EOW)The Floor Nurse (RN/LPN) will provide comprehensive nursing care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment, focusing on the care of residents aged 18 and older, including those receiving hospice care.Responsibilities:Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Perform blood glucose monitoring and insulin administration.Administer IV medications such as antibiotics, Lasix, and Bumex.Provide care for tube feedings and total parenteral nutrition (TPN).Conduct wound care and lab draws.Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and perform vital sign monitoring.Engage in assessment charting and documentation including incident reports.Conduct central line cares and chest tube management (RN only).Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:Current RN or LPN license.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Prior experience with Point Click Care (PCC) preferred.Experience measuring wounds; staging performed by Nurse Practitioner weekly.Why ARMStaffing?Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and moreOnboarding Made Easy: We handle physicals, titers, and more so you can focus on careClinical Support: In-house clinical team available to assist and advocate401k Retirement Plan: Eligible after waiting period; 4% match with 5% contributionRecruiter Matching: Get paired with a recruiter based on your location and specialtyExtras: Travel reimbursement, housing allowance, meals, referral bonuses, and moreWe're not the only ones who think ARMStaffing should be your first choice.
