This position is fully remote, allowing for the flexibility to create a schedule that suits both the therapist and their clients. As a part of our hospice center facility, you will work in a supportive environment where all administrative aspects are managed through a billing service. This enables you to focus entirely on patient care with the assurance that operational tasks regarding claims, accounts receivable, and payment plans are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy to clients, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet the diverse needs of various age groups and backgrounds.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation for all client interactions, including comprehensive notes and record-keeping to comply with legal and ethical standards.

• Manage your schedule effectively by coordinating regular appointments with clients while maintaining an organized calendar.

• Utilize clinical assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique issues presented by clients.

• Work collaboratively with fellow therapists to enhance the collective expertise of the team and facilitate a positive work atmosphere.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a varied patient population, including adults and couples dealing with a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. This may include those experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW license to practice independently in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, this role includes a generous sign-on bonus, competitive hourly compensation as a W2 employee, and full coverage of overhead costs such as furnished office space, an EMR system, office supplies, and malpractice insurance.
