Topstep is seeking a Payment Operations Specialist to join our team in Chicago. This role handles daily payout processing across ACH, Wise, wires, and Aeropay, with a focus on accuracy and timely completion. The position supports transitioning offshore work in-house, and will participate in the rollout of automated workflows as TRM and batch automation land.
