Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families based on assessment findings.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Collaborate with team members to coordinate care effectively, ensuring integrated support for clients across various facets of their lives.

• Document treatment progress and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with medical records policies.

• Act as a liaison with community agencies to connect clients with resources and services that promote recovery and wellness.

• Engage in disposition planning and advocacy efforts to facilitate clients' transitions to appropriate levels of care when needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your therapeutic practice will primarily serve adult and geriatric populations, with the potential to extend services to children and adolescents in the future. This diverse clientele presents an opportunity to address a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and trauma, within a supportive and inclusive framework.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport and effective therapeutic alliances with clients.

• The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with education, experience, and specialization.
