Client Partner Account Manager

Role Overview As the Client Partner Account Manager you will manage day‑to‑day client accounts, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver growth initiatives. Responsibilities Account Management: Oversee day‑to‑day management of client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Account Planning: Devise and implement detailed account plans that leverage multiple media channels and Tinuiti’s diverse solutions to meet client objectives. Budgets & Forecasting: Assist clients to establish budgets and forecasts, using data to ensure efficient budget usage and to actualize at month‑end. Performance Tracking & Optimization: Identify and pursue account growth and cross‑selling opportunities aligned with client strategic goals. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas; prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal teams. Team Collaboration: Engage with Tinuiti’s client channel teams and additional internal teams to contribute positively toward client project outcomes and strategic initiatives. Client Communication: Act as point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely updates on project progress and outcomes. Issue Resolution: Support Client Partner team in addressing client concerns, resolving issues swiftly to maintain satisfaction. Industry Expertise: Maintain and apply an in‑depth knowledge of market developments, emerging trends, and best practices to enhance client strategies. Qualifications 4‑5 years of experience in Account Management or Client Partner roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns. Extensive experience with multiple digital platforms and how they work together. Strong command of Google Analytics, Project Management tools, and research tools such as Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, Commspoint. Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions. Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, partner relationships, and internal initiatives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with external and internal teams. Compensation Salary range: $70,000–$80,000. Incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus. Salaries determined through interviews, education, experience, skills, and market data. Benefits Unlimited paid time off, plus 20 paid holidays, including multiple long weekends.
