Rob Sight Ford is looking for a dependable, friendly, and professional receptionist to join our team. This position is an important part of our dealership because you are often the first person our customers speak with on the phone or see when they walk through the door.
The main responsibility of this role is to answer incoming phone calls, greet customers as they enter the dealership, and help connect them with the correct department, salesperson, service advisor, or team member. We want every customer to feel welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of from the moment they contact us.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Greet customers when they enter the dealership
- Direct customers to the correct department or employee
- Help customers get connected with sales, service, parts, finance, or management
- Answer basic customer questions or find the right person who can help
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area
- Provide a positive first impression of Rob Sight Ford
- Show up consistently and reliably for a full-time schedule
Qualifications:
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable and consistent
- Comfortable answering phones and speaking with customers
- Ability to stay organized and helpful in a busy environment
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
Schedule:
This is a full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week.
