Key Responsibilities\n

• Lead and conduct therapy sessions via telehealth platforms to address a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relational issues.

• Perform comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on specific client needs, histories, and goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients navigate challenges related to mental health issues and addiction.

• Maintain meticulous client records in compliance with ethical standards and organizational guidelines, regularly documenting progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to enhance the quality of care and ensure continuity of treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve a diverse array of clients, encompassing individuals and families from various backgrounds and life stages. This includes supporting older adults struggling with issues such as grief, depression, anxiety, and relationship conflicts. By utilizing culturally sensitive approaches, you will address the unique needs of each client, helping them build coping skills and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current and valid LMFT license issued by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience, ideally within a community health setting.

• Strong listening and diagnostic skills, complemented by effective verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to work independently while also being an active contributor in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive salary range of USD 115,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
