Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify needs, and collaborate on treatment planning that incorporates both pre-crisis and crisis management strategies.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans promptly and accurately to meet regulatory compliance standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to support the clinical team in developing effective interventions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that are tailored to individual needs.

• Actively engage in all accreditation and licensing processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to enhance service delivery.

• Build and maintain relationships with local and state organizations to promote our services and seek potential funding opportunities.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including attending conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings to enhance your expertise.
