Join us in shaping a new era in space and find a career that's built for you.What does this role look like?Develop MBSE products to include views and artifacts in support of CONOPs development, requirements gap analysis, traceability, and interface definitionDerive requirements and interfaces in support of requirements spec developmentSupport assessments of key performance parameters, technical performance measures, and requirement complianceSupport and generate products for formal system design reviewsCollaborate with other engineering disciplines across a small, compartmentalized, and dynamic set of programsPerforms technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.Basic QualificationsBachelor Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering disciplines or related.Working knowledge or experience within systems engineering or MBSE.Ability to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance; US Citizenship RequiredDesired SkillsKnowledge of AGILE processActive Secret or Top Secret Security ClearanceExperience with MBSE toolsExperience with requirements management tools (DOORs, etc.)Knowledge of missile defense systems (THAAD, Patriot, Aegis, etc.)Knowledge of system engineering processesKnowledge of requirements developmentPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $65500.00 - $121700.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
