Infection Preventionist Registered Nurse RN or Licensed Practical Nurse LPN We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Infection Preventionist Nurse to join our team at Avista Nursing and Rehab in Saginaw, Michigan. As an Infection Preventionist Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient safety and quality care by implementing and maintaining infection prevention and control measures throughout our subacute, skilled nursing, and long-term care facilities.
