Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to formulate tailored treatment plans that address their specific mental health needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and, where applicable, engage families in counseling to work towards holistic healing.

• Conduct group therapy sessions, catering to varying age groups and treatment needs such as co-occurring disorders and substance abuse challenges.

• Perform mental health screenings to identify further treatment needs and assist patients in navigating various resources and services.

• Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment strategies, maintaining a collaborative approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse range of individuals across all age groups who are experiencing mental and behavioral health challenges. This includes, but is not limited to, dealing with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorder. Attention to creating an inclusive environment for clients and their families is essential to fostering trust and therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field (such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling).

• Active and unrestricted license in your state of practice as either a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Social Worker (LICSW).

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience providing therapeutic services to individuals experiencing mental health and behavioral challenges.

• Demonstrated capability in managing cases that require co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapies, or substance abuse counseling.

• Solid understanding of contemporary counseling theories, techniques, and practices necessary for effective patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
