Office Administrator at Core Supply

Core Supply

Core Supply in Houston, TX is looking for an entry-level Office Administrator who will be responsible for performing the clerical and administrative functions for various departments to support the achievement of production goals. Responsibilities Maintain shared spreadsheets using Google Sheets and MS Excel Collaborate with various teams and 3rd party partners to ensure necessary paperwork and reports are completed and updated based on established timelines. Communicate effectively with office, shop, and field personnel. Adhere to Company processes and policies. Prioritize workflow. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bilingual English/ Spanish a plus Office administration experience: 2-years preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and web-based applications Proficient in basic math Excellent time-management and computer skills Construction Industry experience a plus Experience working in Manufacturing/ Production a plus High School Diploma or equivalent Benefits Core Supply offers the following benefits to eligible full‑time employees: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability insurance, life Insurance, paid vacation and sick time, paid holidays, 401(k).
