Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, accurately identifying clients' mental health needs to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to provide effective interventions for individuals, groups, and families, addressing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• Collaborate actively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, facilitating continuity of services across different levels of support.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention, skillfully supporting clients in distress or facing emergencies, utilizing your clinical expertise and empathetic communication abilities.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop meaningful relationships with clients from various backgrounds.

• Efficient organizational and time-management skills, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and reporting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
