Work Environment

As a remote position, this role operates within a telehealth framework that allows flexible scheduling and the ability to conduct sessions from the comfort of your home. Although primarily remote, there may be opportunities for occasional in-person team meetings or community events, enriching your sense of connection with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs through virtual consultations to create personalized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services tailored to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or mindfulness-based approaches.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Respond promptly to crises by delivering immediate intervention and support for clients in acute distress or emergencies, applying best practices and clinical judgment.
• Engage actively in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health issues, reduce stigma, and promote resources available for support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on serving a diverse client base, ranging from individuals facing anxiety and depression to those dealing with severe psychiatric conditions. You will leverage your skills to create an inclusive atmosphere where clients feel understood and supported, regardless of their background or circumstances. This supportive approach aims to empower clients toward improved mental health and emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A completed master's degree or a doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to build therapeutic relationships based on trust and empathy, particularly with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and a genuine sensitivity for working with varied ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups to enhance client engagement.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management, ensuring thorough documentation and adherence to clinical policies.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in delivering teletherapy services and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
• Background in community mental health work or similar settings.
• Training in trauma-informed care or specific therapeutic modalities related to family counseling.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers an annual salary range between USD 70,000 and 100,000 , dependent on your experience and credentials. We also provide a competitive benefits package which includes:
