Work Environment\n

This position allows for flexibility, as you will be working remotely in a telehealth setting, leveraging technology to connect with clients. Our practice follows a Monday to Friday schedule, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to adapt to the needs of our patients. As part of a supportive virtual team, you will engage in regular consultations and meetings to ensure coordinated care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for clients, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and interviews to accurately identify issues and strengths.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, collaborating with clients to set achievable goals and track progress over time.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailoring approaches to each client's unique needs.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions focused on common mental health challenges, promoting a sense of community and peer support.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other team members to provide holistic care, coordinating services and sharing insights to optimize treatment outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress, employing effective strategies to stabilize situations and provide immediate support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with industry regulations, legal requirements, and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities, including participation in case consultations, team meetings, and training sessions to remain updated on best practices.

As a Mental Health Counselor at our practice, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various backgrounds encountering stressors such as relationship challenges, work-related pressures, and trauma histories. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field is required.

• A current and valid license as a Mental Health Counselor, such as Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

• Solid knowledge of mental health disorders, effective treatment modalities, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
