Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide thoughtful and professional virtual counseling services, utilizing video conferencing platforms to connect with clients.

• Assist clients in identifying their mental health challenges, helping them set realistic, achievable goals while offering support in navigating life's stressors.

• Employ solution-focused therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs, ensuring that each session is meaningful and productive.

• Document client progress and treatment plans in accordance with organizational standards, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A valid California license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Proficiency in utilizing digital therapy platforms to deliver counseling services efficiently and effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling role, ideally within a telehealth or remote setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
