Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and follow-up sessions with clients to determine mental health status and therapeutic needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Implement therapy sessions, offering both individual and group counseling as appropriate, while incorporating culturally responsive approaches.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, treatment goals, and client progress in our EHR system.

• Provide referrals to other health professionals, such as psychiatrists or substance use specialists, when additional support is required.

You will primarily work with a diverse array of clients facing challenges such as substance abuse, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and valid license in New York as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• At least four years of experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy to diverse client populations.

• Strong foundation in various treatment modalities and evidence-based practices.

• Ability to excel in high-pressure situations, demonstrating exceptional crisis intervention skills.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and comfortable with technology-driven counseling methods.

Compensation and Benefits\n
