Associate Director, International Marketing & Commercial Operations, Oncology

Associate Director role supporting international marketing strategy development and execution for oncology products within a matrixed organization. Collaborates across functional teams to build brand strategies, optimize commercial plans, and drive business results in international markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop brand strategies and competitive readiness plans
• Analyze product, market, customer, and patient data to solve business problems
• Direct primary research efforts and monitor international marketing programs within budget
• Develop and communicate marketing strategies aligned with clinical and financial objectives
• Ensure regulatory compliance and evaluate promotional tactics for effectiveness and efficiency

• Exceptional business writing and oral communication skills with presentation experience
