Customer Success Executive

Supporting new and existing customers remotely, the full-time Customer Success Executive will manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, drive retention and engagement, and serve as a trusted advisor to HR benefits leaders. Key responsibilities Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for HR benefits leaders Drive retention and renewal outcomes by proactively identifying risks and developing action plans Increase member engagement and program utilization through data-informed recommendations and regular business reviews Required qualifications A Bachelor's degree 6+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, Customer Onboarding/Implementation, or Project Management with enterprise-sized customers Proven track record of managing complex projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams Strong communication skills, with the ability to balance customer needs against internal priorities Enthusiasm for the company's mission and a collaborative, dynamic team approach
