Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients facing a range of mental health challenges.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions via teletherapy sessions, including individual and family counseling.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to client care, with a focus on your direct clinical work rather than extensive administrative tasks.
• Engage in ongoing supervision and professional development opportunities to strengthen your skills and expand your practice.
• Utilize our state-of-the-art platform to manage your client referrals and appointments efficiently.
• Actively participate in team meetings and case reviews to contribute to the collective knowledge and expertise of the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve clients who are stable and have a low acuity of mental health needs. You will have the flexibility to define your ideal client demographics based on your expertise and preferences. Every client referred to you through our platform will be pre-screened to ensure that you work with individuals who are appropriate for your skill set, allowing you to build a productive therapeutic relationship quickly.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• Absence of any disciplinary actions on your professional license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients, families, and colleagues.
• A unique ability to work independently while demonstrating creativity and flexibility in a clinical setting.
• A dedicated workspace at home that adheres to privacy policies and best practices for teletherapy.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated experience managing a full caseload effectively, accommodating diverse client needs.
• Dual or multi-state licensure is a strong plus, enhancing your ability to work with a broader range of clients.
• Prior experience in teletherapy or knowledge of telehealth practices is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually , dependent on experience and qualifications. Benefits include:

• A substantial sign-on bonus of $3,000 upon seeing your first client within two weeks of onboarding.
