Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments by meeting with clients to determine their mental health status, identifying key challenges and areas of concern.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches, ensuring each client receives tailored interventions.

• Provide ongoing support through regular therapy sessions, coaching clients on coping strategies and tools to facilitate personal growth and healing.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions designed to foster community, support, and shared learning among clients.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress in our EHR system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and best practices.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and refer clients to additional services as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse client population presenting with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Our clients range from adolescents to adults and come from various backgrounds, each bringing unique stories and therapeutic needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of four years of related clinical experience, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with a broad array of mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
